450mm diameter with 50mm centre hole to fit all standard Olympic barbells. Thickness increases from around 2.5cm per 5kg plate to 8.9cm for 25kg plates.

Don't drop barbells with only 5kg plates loaded, otherwise the plates may bend and warp over time, unless of course in the event of an emergency.

Keep plates clean of chalk. Any chalk on the plates will discolour them and may be difficult to remove.

Chips, cracks and wear will appear over time. To protect plates, we recommend using them on suitable gym flooring, such as 20mm rubber or thicker.
